MIBG scan next week

I spoke with the Oncologist today & St Jude's in Memphis has reviewed her latest CT scan & they've ordered a MIBG scan for next week. This scan will let us know if the remaining partially calcified lymph nodes are "active" or not. We'll be going in on Wednesday so they can inject the dye & then we'll go back Thursday & Friday so they can do scans BOTH days. That means they'll have to sedate her two days in a row, which makes me pretty uneasy.
