Wednesday, March 13 Bailey had her monthly infusion of IVIG & as usual she was a champ & there were no complications.
The following week, on the 21st, she had an appointment with a Pediatric Cardiologist to do an Echocardiogram. She's been on her steroid injections for close to 6 months now, so they just wanted to look at her heart to ensure all is well...& it is!
Friday the 22nd we went in for the second of three infusions of chemo to try & eradicate this relapse. It was a very long day, I think we were there almost 9 hours but she did really well. She did throw up once in the early morning hours on Saturday, but a little Zofran knocked it right out & she was fine from there on out. Now the waiting begins to see if the last little bit of stumbling & opsoclonus will finally hit the road.
